The Mail System
The mailing system is an important way for you to communicate with other playing members.
To read or write a message click on the ‘Messages‘ icon which is found next to your Rulername on the top right hand side.
Reading Messages
After clicking on ‘Messages’, you will be taken to the ‘Current Messages’ page, where you will find messages which you have not yet replied to and messages you have not yet read.
New messages will show next to the “Messages’ icon as (1 unread), the number will change depending on how many new messages you have received.
All new messages will be displayed in the ‘Current Messages’ page. They are easy to identify from other messages, because the subject will be in red.
You can also view your messages in order of ‘Unreplied messages’, that contains messages for which you have not replied to the last received message.
Or you can view ‘All messages’, this will show all new messages, replied and unreplied messages.
Writing A Message
If you want to reply to a message, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:
- Click on the message you would like to reply to
- Click on ‘Post reply’ icon on top of the message.
- Write your message on the text box.
- Click on the Post reply button
You reply now will appear on top of the original message.
However, if you want to send a message from the start, you have to follow the following steps:
- Click on the ‘Send message’ icon
- Fill in the Rulername of the player (To).
- Fill in the Subject (Subject).
- Fill in the message (Body).
- Press on Send message.
Be aware that there is a maximum of 10 mails that you can send every turn. This is set to prevent users from spamming people.
